I'm so bad... Honey arrived back from Leo and Yata a few months ago, and I've been keeping her all to myself! They worked a miracle on her, she's stunning!

I've hardly had any time for dollies recently, but a rare day out at the seaside yesterday (with nice weather, believe it or not) was just what the doctor ordered. We went to Whitby, Robin Hood's bay and Ravenscar(I think - I was half asleep in the car at this point) and dolly photos were the order of the day. (Thank you Liz for her jumper - she won't take it off :)

...and last night my mum and me were sewing until after midnight - making a dolly equivalent of a piratey style skirt that I have (not quite finished, but should be on ebay soon). I want the new "Treasure Hunt" Pirate petite Blythe too. Somebody stop me! (no actually don't, I'm kind of liking it!)

My goldfish Page died last night. It (I didn't know if it was male or female) was almost 5 years old. *cries* Poor little thing :(

I bought Cute and Curious (please don't kill me!) after umming and arring about her for a while - I wasn't sure about her fringe, but after seeing some rather cute pics... I caved. d'oh!

I can't wait until Saturday for the London dolly meet, though not looking forward to getting up at 4am! I think the dollies who will be attending are Ginny, Harry ;) , Melody, Tortuga, & maybe Jocelyn if she behaves!

Last Saturday was the meet in Manchester, I went there with Emma (Spacksoni) and Neil (Mibbie). I absolutely love Afflecks Palace, I've decided! (I also vowed to drag my mum in there one day too somehow!)

It was such a cool day, roll on the next dolly meet!

*wah* I went into Leeds yesterday on my way home, took a trip to Comicville, only to find an empty shop and a To Let sign! *cries* I found no trace of a location move sign, so it looks like its gone for good! *sniff*

Looong time no update! Hmmm... been a bit busy doing not much - that is, to say not much worthy of an update anyway, until the beginning of this week :) I finally got black mary janes! woohoo! *does victory dance* ooh, and yellow ones too. (the mary jane gods must be smiling on us! - c'mon, send us orange and gold pairs too *nudge nudge*)

I'm in the process of doing an image for work's shop website home page - yay something cool to get my teeth into!

Last night I was dressing dollies for Saturday's meet in Manchester, can't wait! (hey Emma, I decided which 3 dollies are going :) Honey was first to decide what she wanted to wear, a medieval dress, and demanded a new hairstyle to go with it (well, not that I could refuse, so I gladly obliged). Tortuga decided to go all Oriental on me. (seems we have a bit of a costume theme going on here!) aaand... Edie... she thought *whatever*, stuck her nose up at taking part in the festivities, and huffed off to dress normally. (well, normally for her, anyway.)

I ordered a cd for my dad a while ago that he had been searching for for ages, and it arrived today. (maybe I can use it as a bargaining chip to hog the tv on Friday for the CBB finale - that is, I'll present it to him just as it's about to start! *Chantelle or Preston to win!*)

That was such a cool weekend! *^_^* (a bit lazy probably by some standards, but cool none the less!) Went shopping on Saturday morning for bonfire party stuff for that night. (heehee... you should have seen the size of mum's receipt!)
A lot of family and friends invaded our house *^_^*, and Emma & Neil came round too :)
It took a few attempts to get the fire started - it was looking a bit sad for a while! (no singed eyebrows though, at least I hope not!) Later on it was going like a proper furnace, with roaring blue flames!
The fireworks could have been classified as "The Ironic Collection" - one did nothing more than make the the top of the bin glow green! *heehee*

Sunday... messed around with the dollies for a bit, then discovered the fire was going better than it was on Saturday night! *rolls eyes* Watched some dvds (I forget which - always the sign of a good day!) and then... *drum roll please* I made this Jack Skellington dolly choker for Emma:
